Printing Policy 

Grow Clothing prints your order with love, when printing our designs our manufacturers will always do their best to place the product on the platen so they can print as close to the bottom seam of the collar and in the centre as possible.

There might be slight discrepancies in print placement.
However, due to the manual process when a person is placing the shirt on these platens, the print placement can shift. The acceptable norm would be around 0.5''-1" up or down from the bottom seam of the collar or about an inch to either side.

Please choose carefully as we do not provide a

·      Replacement 
If for some reason you change your mind about your choice of product or you got the size and measurements wrong.

 Damaged or Faulty goods?
If your goods arrived damaged or faulty,
You can choose a refund or exchange after assessment, if an item has a major problem. 
This is when the item: 

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it 
  • Is unsafe 
  • Is significantly different from the description on our website
  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed. 

Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. order confirmation. 
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods and must be authorised by Grow Clothing prior to return.
